Where Is
The Tradeoff?
Because Flat Rate Recruitment's fees are much lower, the natural reaction is to look for the trade-off. What is cut out of the service, to result in the savings?
Nothing. With Flat Rate Recruitment, there is no trade-off.
- Our service is as good or better than our competitors
- We have access to the same talent pool as everyone else
- We act quickly and efficiently on your recruitment process
- We understand Information Technology better than the other recruiters
Okay, so what is the explanation?
The Answer
Is Simple
- We do work on an exclusive "one job, one recruiter" basis.
- The efficiency savings are pocketed directly by the employer.
One Job, One Recruiter
- Exclusive AND Competitive
- We do require an exclusive commitment to work with us, but only on a per-job basis.
- The exclusive commitment goes no further than one job.
- The employer may choose to go with a different recruiter for the next job.
- When employers follow the "One Job, One Recruiter" model, they commit to an efficient process and save money as a result.
- "One Job, One Recruiter" allows the employer to select recruiters on a competitive basis, AND to execute an efficient recruitment processes with one recruiter.
A Word On
Exclusivity
"Exclusive" is a dirty word in the IT recruitment industry. Recruiters imply that an exclusive arrangement is uncompetitive, slow and gives access to a smaller talent pool.
They say these things because their focus is on sales, not client or candidate satisfaction. They can't make a sale unless they are invited to be a starter in the recruiter horse race.
